There is nothing like the first feeling of the sand between your toes, or the first dive underneath a wave to wet your head for the first time. It’s refreshing, renewing. There is something about those first feelings that draws you in, like the undertow of the ocean. It is when you get the clearest sense of yourself.
That is what I like - the feeling of being surrounded by something as vast and mysterious as the ocean, yet being comfortable in your own skin.
